I think the recruiting has to be better for both. We can't get in a position where we depend on the transfer portal to build a roster. Only to supplement a roster. The last BB transfer we got, stayed one season and transferred again. My guess is that the recruiting budget for women's sports isn't as much as for the men. But we've got to do better, if we ever hope to be serious contenders in the SEC.
