course doesn't have the guts to actually have a vote on something that significant. That's what they have courts for. To do the dirty work that they don't want to put their name on.

A constitutional amendment to legalize abortion would require votes in Congress.

Politicians don't want to vote. Like the idiots on this board, they want to proclaim, they want to complain, and they want to abstain from serious discussion.
