With Transnistria. That will make it easier to justify sending armaments and soldiers "to protect it from invasion." Then it will be the starting line until they have Chisenau and thus, the rest of the country.
The world already did little or nothing when Russia took over Crimea and Donetsk, or North Georgia, or Belarus or Chechnya. They've actively worked on infiltrating many countries to influence politics more friendly to them around the world, including Germany, France and the United States.
Where should the line be drawn?
