and regulations of casinos, this casino could be built on Osage Nation land regardless of Missouri law that restricts the number of casinos in the state and requires they be built on or near the Missouri and Mississippi rivers—provided the Lake Ozark site, now owned by the nation, is approved by the federal government as sovereign territory.
