Pinkle due to his dynamic personality and recruiting ability, it remains to be seen if he's got the planning, organization, ability to build and retain quality staffs, etc., that Pinkle had in spades. Also the ability to coach up those 2-3 star recruits. As exciting as Drink's ability to get higher-ranked recruits has been, I suspect a Missouri coach will always need to be able to coach up those off-the-radar guys with the potential to be successful.
