Never attained under any prior coach. So an assistant leaves
For another job Better Pay, more responsibilities. Good assistants
Get poached, inferior ones stay for ever. This is the SEC it happens
At every quality program. If they can’t recruit high level talent and coach
Them up on the field they’re gone.
