No one said anything about constantly shuffling coaches. But picnkel broght hus entire Toledo staff. Even the defensive coordinator who got the Toledo job. So what did Pink do? He promoted Eberflus in essence double promoted him. he comes to Missouri as a position coach and before he even coaches a game he gets promoted to defensive coordinator in the big 12 and we saw how well that worked out
