standing at the alter and Alden made a panic hire. It actually worked out better than I expected but I still wish he would have taken his time and put some more thought into it.

Kim was an awful hire but I understood the reasoning at the time and was willing to give him a chance.

CM felt like we settled to me but again I was willing to give him a chance.
