what is going on behind the scenes that caused that result matters a lot.

It also matters a lot regarding some of the speculation going on in this thread.

Was this just a knee jerk reaction in order to appease the fans?

Was it a bad move to do this early in the season?

Were they just looking for a scapegoat?
