F-you all, these are my Coaches, I’m not firing anyone. OK? That’s strength.

This only sets the stage for more firings and everyone on pins and needles. I’d rather see a ‘circle the wagons’ approach.

This won’t change anything, except increase internal pressure and paranoia.
