Pinkel's staff was pretty much assembled when he arrived here.

Somebody has to be held accountable for this trash. Unfortunately, this sets a bad tone and undercuts Wilks' authority.

Truly, I would've preferred Drink had hired a college d-coordinator that's used to working with 18-22 year old kids and connecting with them.

Wilks seems grouchy and detached, and he's been given autonomy for the defense. Not a great combination.
