that the B1G can take the LBVIII. Or the ACC.
From my vantage point I believe both of those options are a non starter as well. Pac 12 is a different option as they can't expand west with the exception of Hawaii. Will they take the LBVIII?
What we may be missing is the goal of the actual construct in this round of realignment. Is the idea for a 32 member NFL style league where ESPN has broadcast rights to the SEC and Fox to the other 16 teams? I don't know but this might be where things are headed.
What about four 16 team super conferences? Don't know on that either.
What I do know is hell will freeze over first before the LBVIII would be added to the SEC so to your point while anything is possible the addition of the LBVIII to the SEC not probable. In other words don't hold your breath in anticipation.
