SEC's latest payout is 41 to 46 million per school according to the numbers I've seen.
If OU and Texas mean 15 million more for each member, that would total of an additonal 210 milloin (14 x 15 = 210).
And Texas and OU would get the base amount, 41 to 46 million plus the additional 15 million. That would be 56 to 61 million each or a total of 112 to 122 million.
So, adding OU and Texas will add 322 to 332 million to the conference annual payout.

So, bottom line is ESPN will have to make at least an additonal 300+ million in revenue (assuming no additional costs which probably isn't a valid assumption) in order for it to make any additional profit from the SEC adding UT and OU.
Sell those commercials and SECN subscriptions!
