Cal where he landed multiple 5-stars (and did it legitimately, without bribes to the players or parents).

What changed is that he got older, richer, and lost his passion for the game. I'd be surprised if he continues coaching after his current contract runs out.

As he literally said recently, he's got enough money to retire.
