standard for us in BB and Pinkel in FB. Neither were known as great recruiters both made their chops off of targeted recruiting and player development.

For any coach to be successful here they have to do that. In FB we will always be lowered half in recruiting in BB we should be able to crack the top third every so often. The difference being that BB classes are so small if you can hit on a couple of top 50 recruits one year you will have a top class. FB will never be able to land enough talent to pull that off.

It is too early to tell if Drink can develop talent or not but he has raised their starting point.

After four seasons I think it is safe to say that CM does not have the ability develop tangent enough to be competitive in the SEC.
