They just need to look at tape of Watson to see he has no confidence handling the ball.
I have never seen him take more than three steps before picking up his dribble, most times under token pressure.
I recall asking you Watson’s freshman year how the heck was he considered a scorer in HS when he couldn’t dribble. Your reply: he played at a lower level in HS.
That made all the sense in the world to me.
It’s a shame he hasn’t worked on that aspect of his game in 3 years.
