I’d agree with your evaluation of Watson’s skills, and your thoughts on what his future play would likely be.
The strengths that Watson demonstrated against mid sized schools in high school did not translate to D1.
By all appearances he has accepted his role at MU well .
Should he play expanded minutes on next years team I believe that would be an indication of an extremely weak roster.
Any value Watson would bring would be based on his hitting threes , which he has yet to do.
A blunt evaluation of what remains on this tears roster might say Brown is the only heavy minutes talent with Pickett having value off the bench.
