Quin is coaching in a different sport

I am glad to see Quin have the success he is having, but there is nothing that really indicates he would have similar success at this level. The college and NBA games have deviated so drastically in terms of skill and ability from each other, the things that Quin is successful at the NBA level is no guarantee that would translate back to college at all. In fact the reason he was such a failure at MU is he was in large part trying to coach college players like they were pro's, and that was in an era where the college skill had not eroded so drastically as it has now.
