Nebraska in the top 10, regardless of the ranking methodology.
Conversely, Wisconsin is consistently ranked outside the top 20.
It's not even close.
Compare their program's achievements.
Again, Nebraska has been to the national title game as recently as 2001. Wisconsin has never reached a national title game, and they have fewer conference titles than *our* program (Mizzou).
Try to have this debate with any sportswriter... they would laugh at you.
