masks, PPE, tests, medical supplies, etc. Collect current state of information about the virus, develop re-opening plan (including nuances for age, geography, pre-existing conditions, etc.), delegate local/regional control and then execute with clear, concise communication. All of that could've been done in a month without fvcking up everyone's world.
