Do you disagree that knowing how many people have actually been infected is an essential piece of data to reasonably understand how lethal this virus is? To know how many people in the community already have immunity? To estimate how rapidly the virus is likely to spread going forward? To estimate how many are likely to die given current treatment protocols? To estimate how many hospital beds will be needed? How many ICU beds will be needed? How many respirators will be needed? When the need for medical resources due to this virus will peak? and how large that peak will be?
