Many hospitals in the KC area were having meetings on how to get ventilators to prepare for this outside their normal supply chain. The wife of one of my salesmen alerted him of these meetings and sent him the specs for the basic essential components of a ventilator to see if it is something we could do. She said they were getting "non-approved" ventilators fast-tracked for approval just in case. While our lawyers were looking at it, we began building a prototype that was built in under a day. We have downtime right now and two people built it and designed it quickly. This was hardly an expense due to material already being on hand.

All of this happened before our lawyers even got back to us.
