long should he have talked about religion....in this setting?

What if he had gone on for twenty minutes? Two hours?

Be careful, if you say he has the right to speak, after what period of time does that right evaporate?

What if the next speaker did ten minutes on wickens? Appropriate? And a disciple of The Idiot is next and talks at length about ending government.
