and i have horrible back issues which have only made it easier to not want to do much. i have had a lot of success with just portion control but always backslide once i get where i want to be. it is difficult to keep counting calories when you don't need to lose weight. i've only got 20 lbs or so to lose so can probably do it by summer. keeping it off is the challenge.
