So eat breakfast at 7 am and then go until 6 pm w/o eating?

I don't think many people would enjoy that. If you eat lunch/breakfast between 10:30 and 11:30 and then eat dinner around 6 pm it works pretty good...or it has for me.
The key more than the time frame is obviously skipping a meal.
