breakfast. I have around a 800-1000 calorie meal around 11ish, then i eat probably a 1200 calorie dinner, probably sneak in some fruit or nuts in between. I really think the fasting thing is effective because you're skipping a meal as much as the time frame. It's pretty simple, skip a meal, consume less calories.
I'm trying to burn 1000 more calories a day than i consume. I probably consume around 2500-3000 calories a day but burn 3500 to 3900...if i go play golf i typically burn 4000.
