those are basically political essays, primarily crafted by a handful of men. They held a lot of sway and formed much of the political opinion of the time from their readers, but that doesn't mean it was universally accepted. There are numerous examples of the Constitution as written straying from those essays. The Constitution being the final rendering, I assume those deviations were intentional.
