they intend to present, everyone gets all the information and an opportunity to have further hearings. The defense will get adequate time to prepare, and then there will be a vote.
The difference here is that you don't have a Starr or Jaworski (or even a Mueller) conducting the first phase in private, it's been done by Schiff and the Committee members.
