What other Missouri kid who could have gone just about anywhere else came here instead. Who else have we gotten when UNC, Duke and KY were offering them?

Not "or", "and". I.e., the BB equivalents of DGB and Tony Vanzant.

I don't think Leo Lyons or Jimmy McKinney fit that category. And even if they do, that would be 5 kids since about 1980, when there have been dozens of other elite, 5*, Mo. kids who could go anywhere in the country, and didn't come here. So either 3 kids or 5 kids in about 40 years. My point remains the same. We've never been a "destination" program for those kinds of kids, even Mo. kids, and with very few exceptions those kinds of kids have always gone elsewhere.
