"Mizzou is not a destination for the states elite recruits". It never really has been with a few very rare exceptions. Aside from Stipo, Peeler, and MPJ, what other Missouri kid who could have gone just about anywhere else came here instead. Who else have we gotten when UNC, Duke and KY were offering them?

Cuonzo's job is to make it that kind of destination. I certainly didn't expect he would have accomplished that by now. But I think he's doing a heck of a job and I'm mighty glad he's our coach.
