And you might not the that most of this stems from about 2,000 years ago and we, humans, haven't gone in for too much reinterpretations since then.

And we need to understand that this is ALL man's efforts, man's words and man's thoughts on what, by its very nature, transcends his understanding.

And I agree with you on this idea of sin and salvation. Seems kind of bogus.
