when they inherit a new program. Kim was the only one dumb enough to force out players from the old regime and we saw how that worked out. Even if they aren't the most talented, it's always smart to have a handful of upperclassmen on the roster. Mike Anderson did the same thing and it paid off very well when Matt Lawrence and Leo Lyons became huge pieces of his Elite 8 run.
