Its really hurt his flexibility in terms of turning over the roster. I'm not sure much of what you are lauding is something he can actively decide, its kind of been forced upon him. We would be postseason ineligible if we don't maintain at least a 930 multiyear APR score. Kim didn't need to worry about that because his presence was enforcing a postseason ban on MU regardless.
Technically he did move out Jakoby Kemp, CJ Roberts, and Cullen Vanleer.
