One thing I'll give Martin credit for - a lot of coaches

when they are first hired crowd out the players they inherit in favor of their own recruits. Martin hasn't done that. He is treating Kim's recruits as if they are his own and giving them minutes if they have earned it.

For that alone I have a ton of respect for the man. I see no evidence he is forcing people to transfer out and some of the guys he inherited are getting more minutes than his own recruits.

One thing Missouri needs is stability in the basketball program. One thing recruits knew when Norm was coaching was who the coach would be going forward. All those conference championships were due to great coaching and stability in the program. I suspect if Missouri keeps Martin around until he retires due to old age like Norm you will see some nice looking banners suspended from the ceiling at Mizzou Arena.
