quash it. Had he quashed it, the prosecution would have taken it to a higher court and had his ruling reversed.

So judge trump/ellis let the trial proceed and has made every effort to discredit the prosecution (not his ****ing job.) What judge trump/ellis thinks about Mueller's probe of other criminal activities is of no relevance to the case before him.
