think the contract extension was bad. I never defended either. But as far as when you can expect and uptick in recruiting is when the players he is recruiting believe he isn't selling fools gold and he can only do that by winning. IMO the top three things player want is one to know they will have a chance to play, two know they will have a chance to win and three believe the coaching staff will be there through out their stay. I think we can sell one of those things.
