there is no magic pill for recruiting. If BO had inspired some confidence after his first two years his recruiting would be fine. But the fact is he has beaten one power 5 team with a winning record. That is why he is not getting the recruits. Its not because he isn't charismatic enough. Its because he cant or for that matter no one could land top talent when people think your a short term sub par coach. And btw maybe your like 12 years old or something but most of GP early recruiting classes were filled with mid major recruiting battles until he started proving he could win.
