the biggest issue Odom has is the players he is recruiting dont trust that he is a good coach or for that matter long for this job. Not much different than most on this board. Why if you have some good alternatives would you commit to a coach who your not sure will be around in two years. If Odom can pull a 9 win season and create some buzz the players will come.
