factual. They claimed that it omitted important facts. Once it is released they will be able to make that case.

If they get their way the memo will be blocked and only their side will be aired and only the part of their side that they choose to be aired.

If the memo is released we will know what the memo contains and they will be able to counter what may be contained there.

Which sounds the most transparent to you?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
