No, that doesn't remotely imply the memo is garbage and it doesn't even state the FBI challenges a single fact in the memo.

Read what isn't stated in that declaration:

"there is unfactual infomration in the memo" - is NOT stated.

It's a very carefully worded statement predicated on "we didn't have enough time to review it".

It's a defense.

A mitigation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
