does not feel Nunes' memo is factual.

Christopher Wray, who is NOT a part of this circus and was appointed by Trump, certainly signed off on the public release.

Why would Wray, who was not implicated and installed to clean up this mess, issue that statement if it were untrue?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
