What it proves is being a fan is kind of stupid. If you find it entertaining, fine.

But you ultimately have no control. So either enjoy the show or not. I just don't enjoy the show much anymore. Like I said, age plays a part. 40 plus cognizant years of following Mizzou is kind of hard to not do. But it gets a little easier each year.

I seemed to have triggered folks. Sorry about that but I was responding to the OP from
my perspective. And I believe the perspective of a lot of others who have grown embarrassed of their affiliation with MU. I mean Christ, there they gonagain with Earleywhine. Too much controversy, not enough winning equals the sorry state of MU fandom from my perspective. Everybody can have their own.
