And literally every labor friendly policy we've ever had has been attacked by the GOP.

Unions, nope.
Right to work, nope.
Higher minimum wage, nope.

Our economy can't put everyone in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We need to stop jobs leaving this country. We need to start teaching trades again rather than shoving everyone towards college that they can neither afford or get a job with. But if we do those things, we have to ensure people can earn a living and have some degree of financial stability and safety.
