About half of all social spending covers medical expenses. Unless we're ready to start putting sick people down like dogs and cats, this is an expense we're never going to get away from. In fact, it's only going to grow.

We really have to address this sooner rather than later.

ACA, not a solution. GOP plan, no legs. What's left?

Single payer and probably not of the 100% free variety, but a hybrid system. Healthcare is the elephant in the room.
