The tax cut for most Americans is small. For really rich Americans, it's really big.
When the mandate goes away, insurance costs will increase and offset all the small gains made by the tax cut.
Then, there is the possibility that medicare, medicaid, etc... will be cut to reduce the deficit created by the 1 trillion dollar giveaway to the super rich.
