I don’t even know where or how you came up with them. Please don’t say the CBO.

I’m not saying this bill will be successful but the truth is no one knows. You can’t predict how people will spend or invest their money in the future when the future is unknown.

I will say this, diverting money that would otherwise go to government, to the taxpayers themselves, is a more efficient use of capital.
