They literally are statistically worse than weather forecasters.

But as far as jobs, it’s really hard to improve on 4.1% unemployment.

The timing of this bill is what has me questioning its purpose. Not the philosophy. We don’t need it. Save this bullet for when we DO need it. But thats politics, I guess. Republicans have to get a victory, even if is unnecessary.
