Thoughtful and well written..

I will disagree on the advantage for a black graduate in the workforce. There are plenty of studies that show a person with an ethnic name is 50 percent less likely to even get a callback than a white person w exact same resume. And even in the workforce... A white person is late or calls in, easily excused ie kid must be sick. Black person calls in, he must be high or hungover. That mentality is rampant in the workforce, and is very harmful...
