Not racism.
Being white, asian means you're more likely to have two parents, who demand better grades, and less likely to commit crime, use drugs.
Sadly, the average black kid is raised in a single parent home, culture looks at getting good grades acting white, and values music, sports success more. Always told the reason for failure is racism. Criminal activity much more common, not stopped.
It's not the color, it's the culture.
and yes, that's a very simplistic view, yet plenty of studies to support it.
Having a good family counts, despite liberals attempts to replace it with a nanny state govt.
