were. First, I'd stay out of the free market and NOT dictate to any co. how to run its business, including health ins. What that means is that the majority will pay more for ins, often making it unaffordable.
I resent having to pay for other's ills especially if their irresponsible lifestyle contributed to it. That includes a lot of lard asses, smokers, excessive drinkers, etc, etc.
There is no perfect or even good solution to health care, when there will NEVER be enough money to pay for all ills of all people all the time. That is totally impossible, yet the dems try to do that and the repub pols pretend to do it (usually). There is no HC plan that will ever please over half the people. Fact. Its why I knew long ago there will never be a "good" HC plan.
